| Really Works |
You just cant believe how fast three days goes by. This diet is tough to do but has amazing results.
I have been doing this diet on and off for over a year and am pleased and amazed everytime.
I have noticed some items can be subsituted. I sometimes change the cottage cheese for plain yoghurt.
If anyone claims this diet doesnt work, is just not doing it right.

| False Weight Loss |
This diet is a false representation of weight loss.
The excessive amounts of coffee and tea act as a diuretic -- they suck all the water out of your cells.
Therefore, the weight you are losing is simply water weight. It is not fat. It is also unhealthy to starve your body of the essential vitamins and minerals.
The body is being shocked every time you participate in the "three day diet".
Further complications to your body and your vital organs are inevitable.

I've done this diet a couple of times and I always find that it helps get you into the right frame of mind for dieting.
Another good thing is that you don't have to plan it yourself, it clearly states what you sould eat and when.
If anyone does know of any substitutions for any of the foods I would be interested as variety would certainly make it more bearable!

| On and Off |
I did the 3 day diet for 6 months off and on and lost 70 pounds. I would do the diet for 3 days a week for 3 weeks and take a week off.
I averaged 5-6 pounds a week. However, several months later I developed a thyroid problem and regained the lost weight. My thyroid is regulated now with medication and I am ready to try this again. I found it the easiest diet to stick to because I kept telling myself that I would have that piece of pizza on Thursday, etc.
I wasn't that hungry after the 3 days so I was able to eat moderately on the off days. I did get bored though and I am looking for a list of substituions.
I substituted chicked for the tuna and alternated brocolli and cabbage. I am thinking of trying the negative calorie vegetables and fruits with it this time.

| 9 pounds, it works |
My daughter and I decided to try the 3 day diet, Its hard at first...with dry tuns and all.
But we stuck to it to the T and we also work out at curves.
I only have 20 pounds that I want to loose and the first 3 days I lost 9 pounds.

My husband and I are on the 3 day diet. We are on our third day. We have stuck right to it.
My husband wants to loose 30 pounds and as of this morning, he lost 5.5. On the otherhand, I need to loose 25 pounds.
As of this morning, I have lost .5 . Yes, only a half a pound. I have not cheated one time.
The only thing I did on the first day...was have a cup of vanilla yogart, instead of ice cream. Maybe it will all fall off
tomorrow.
I hope so! You have to be disciplined to stay with it. I
want more discipline in my life...so I really do like it!

| It works! |
The Three Day Diet really does work. Everyone loses a little differently.
We used to do it at our office. The whole department would do it together.
The key is not over-eating on your 4 days off and sticking to it exactly. Eat everything and all of it. Do not add anything.
The dry tuna is hard to get down, but breakfast on the 3rd day is a joy.
