Nutrition Facts - where to look

Nutrition Facts - we believe that the best way to long term, maintained weight loss, is by selecting a diet that provides sustainable nutrition.

You should be aware that this site does not aim to provide detailed nutrition facts about the various diets we review - we provide some basics such as information on the different types of foods - and details about packaging.

We do provide nutritional information about various foods based on the USDA national nutrient database. This may help with some queries about calories, fat, or carbs for some of the diets we have reviewed on this site.

You can browse or for seach for nutritional information below. The data comes from the USDA national nutrient database. There are facts about the make up of over 6000 popular foods, but if we are missing something please let us know.
