| A new me |
I have been on the slim fast plan now since 22nd march and up to date I've lost 47lbs.
Feeling very good its hard but the results are amazing ive gone down from a 26 - 28 size to a 18 - 20.
I have walked everynight too for an hour! and also stopped smoking, still got a lot of weight to loose but I'm truly enjoying the new me!
Good luck to anyone trying the slim fast plan it can work if you are disciplined and work hard....

| Taking Control |
I have always been overweight and I wanted to take my life back.
I was 230 pounds and just walking to the car made me perspire!
I went on the slim fast program and started exercising and to date I have lost 83 pounds!
I feel like a person now and not like a lump of lard waiting for the next meal.
I am completely different in every way today. I have energy and I find working out invigorating.
I find at times that I do get a bit hungry in between the meals, but fruit works great and gives your body that extra boost and you can have fruit without worrying about the calorie content or fat grams.
Losing weight is hard and the best thing I can tell anyone trying is that you have to be committed to change. Change in your way of thinking about food and change in the way you treat your body and change in the realization that food is not in control of you! =)

| Slim Fast Thoughts |
Slim fast doesn't strike me as a particularly inspiring diet, however, a few friends have been on the diet and have had good feedback, so I am considering trying it. If anyone else out there has had success or failure with this I would really appreciate hearing your stories, thoughts etc... Thanks!

| Slim Fast was easy |
The slimfast diet was easy for me since I'm pretty busy all day. The
shakes really fill you up and give you lots of energy.
The only problem
occurred two and a half hours after drinking a shake; I found my stomach
growling.
The meal replacement bars are tasty but the portion is so small
I still felt empty after eating. If you can handle packing small
healthful snacks to supplement the shakes and meal bars then you can deal
with this diet.
I lost about ten pounds in two weeks. After the 'diet
time' is over and you go back to regular eating, you really need to be
aware of your food intake or you'll grow larger than you were before the
diet.

I've lost 10 pounds in a month so far, which i was really pleased with.
i agree that the shakes will only sustain you for a litle over 2 hrs, so you
must have a snack. the best sort is a vegetable or hard fruit such as an
apple.
i know this doesnt sound great, but it works!! these release a
steady supply of glucose so u dont feel hungry for longer as opposed to
something like a yogurt which wont last as long.
the slimfast snack bars
are also good. I have two shakes, two snacks, and a meal. its easy and iot
works!!
