Hi everyone, I am new to this forum, I think it is a great idea. I Just started going on a diet, I am 132 lbs, and I want to loose 12 lbs, to put me at 120. I myself have lost a fair bit of weight in the past, and I am not a big exercising kinda girl.. Frankly, I find it kinda boring. My trick is cutting the calories, and how I do this cutting the carbs. That white starchy food just makes people more hungry, and I suggest to eat rather whole wheat foods. Everyone who loves a hot drink, try green tea. A couple cups a day really burns the calories, and it is so incredibly good for your body. I find myself eating out of habbit, and eating if I am stressed or angry. Thats Why I have came to this forum, whenever I am tempted to eat I will come on here and just write anything and everything. i suggest that you all do the same, and try and break the habbits. I would love to hear from you all, and I would love to hear all of your tips, and experience.
