Hi, I'm new to the boards and I need help with belly fat. I've lost about 20 pounds over the past year and am down to an acceptable weight. My only problem is that my belly doesn't seem to shrink. Does anyone have any tips?
How bout doing some sit ups crunches leg raises for lower abs keep leg in air for like two minutes and you will feel tight feeling. Do those and your ab muscles will get better and maybe metabolize some of the fat around it.

You can't target your weight loss to a certain area..it appears you are just "apple-shaped" meaning most of your weight goes to your abdomen area. The best thing you can do for it is to lose more weight. You can tone your ab muscles which will make your stomach look better but it will not burn off any of the fat there because there will still be that same layer of fat over the new muscle.
