| After trying everything |
The problem with diets is they end. And we all know what happens then!
After trying everything, I took a look at what I could do forever.
The low carb diets were easy, and eating bacon, cheese, and steaks was fun, but remove so many foods from my life forever?
No way.
Diets that outlined my daily menu, or provided me with their special foods, were fine.
But this too must end, and besides, how could I live a normal life? So I went back to weight watchers.
In 9 months I reached my goal of losing 57 pounds. During that time, I made a real effort to find low point alternatives that I like, and I
learned to cook all kinds of yummy low point foods. My whole family eats really well, enjoys the food, and is soooo much healthier. Best of all, it's not a diet...it's a lifestyle!

| Great For Me |
Weight Watchers worked great for me.
The first week I lost five pounds and the weight just kept coming off. This is the diet you really want to go on if you want to lose weight.

| The best program |
The best program I've ever used.
I lost 30 lbs 3 years ago and have kept it off! It is not a diet - it is a lifestyle!
It is also real life - you can eat whatever you want, just in moderation and you have to make choices.
It really works and it works for life!

| Loving the new points |
I love the new system of points tracking with Weight Watchers. As long as you know the nutritional info of any food, then you can follow Weight Watchers.
I have lost 17 lbs and hope to lose another 20, which I know I can do because of the new system. You can expect to lose about 1 lb a week which is fine.
You just need to be patient.
Also, Weight Watchers is affordable and a great alternative to expensive programs that are now in the market.
My advice, join up!! It is awesome.

| Weight Watchers works wonders! |
I have been doing w.w. for 7 weeks now and have lost 17.5lbs, I've gone down one size and I feel healthier.
This diet is amazing, you can have whatever you want as long as you keep within your points reason and you learn a lot about how your old habits were.
Once you start you cant stop, its a great plan. My father has been doing it for 6 months and is almost 80lbs lighter, he of course is much bigger than I but he's had great success as well.
Weight watchers is the best diet out there!

I've been on the WW plan for 10 weeks and have lost 13 lbs.
I have also lost 8 inches and gone down an entire size in pants and skirts. The reason this plan works is because I am committed to living a healthier lifestyle, but I can also indulge if I want to.
There are no restrictions...no counting calories or avoiding carbohydrates. You can have fruit, vegetables, meats, fats and cake if you desire!!
The results are slower than the current fad diets, but they are longer lasting.
Any diet that says you can lose 8-12 lbs in 2 weeks is encouraging excessive fluid loss and possible kidney damage (too much protein).

I am using the WeightWatchers internet diet and think it is great.
I have lost nearly 2 stones and feeling great.
